Kinderstadt is a vacation program developed for children between the ages of 7 and 14. The children build their own city, go to work and get involved in politics. We have been designing for this program since 2021. Each year has a different theme. We not only created posters and billboards to advertise, but also media that are is in the Kinderstadt, such as passports, money, lenyards, wristband and flags.

In 2024, the theme was nature, bugs and insects alongside the construction elements and tools that are found in every years Kinderstadt design. All print products were designed along the key visual. The children decided that there was no money this year, but there was a sticker to glue in the passports for every completed day.

To enhance the topic of building, we added tools, nuts and bolts as additional elements of the visual identity. In contrast to the bright multicolored blocks the CLAIM „wir bauen eine neue Stadt“ is in black and white, but still as fun.
